Accidents happen. Our damage protection covers you against accidental damage or breakages during your rental period. Without it, replacement costs will be charged to your original payment card.

Please note: this doesn't cover late returns unless in provable extenuating circumstances. For just £4.99, rent with complete peace of mind.

Every electrical device we rent undergoes:

• Pre-rental safety inspection covers cables, plugs, attachments, and all functions

• Individual device logs track testing dates, inspections, and maintenance history

• PAT tested every 6 months to BS EN 60335-1 standards with dated certificates

• Compliance with BS EN 60335-2-23 (hair care appliances) and BS 7909 (in-service inspection) standards

Every device is professionally cleaned before each rental:

• Dedicated cleaning station with fresh sterile surface and medical-grade PPE

• 70% isopropyl alcohol and lint-free cloths used for thorough disinfection

• Visual and functional inspection for cleanliness and optimal performance

• Compliance with BS EN ISO 22716 (cosmetic hygiene guidelines) and BS EN 14476 (disinfection standards)
