"Fair Wear and Tear": Minor signs of use consistent with normal operation and handling of the product.

"Working Day": Any day from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in England.

3. Rental Services

3.1 Booking and Confirmation

• All rentals must be made through our website
• Our service is powered by a third-party rental platform, but all customer interactions and bookings are managed directly by RENTOORA LTD
• A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion

3.2 Rental Period

• Your rental period begins on the day the product is delivered and ends on the final day selected at checkout
• The product must be returned on or before the final day of your rental period

3.3 Using the Products

Products must only be used as intended, in line with:

• Manufacturer guidelines
• The user guide provided on our website for each product

Do not use a product:

• On broken, irritated, or infected skin
• If it appears damaged or faulty on arrival (contact us immediately)
• If someone else uses a product during the rental period and it becomes damaged or misused, the named person on the booking remains responsible

3.4 Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Treat the product with care and store it in a clean, dry, and safe place
• Follow the user guide and manufacturer instructions at all times
• Return the product in full, including chargers, attachments, and any other accessories
• Use the original packaging and secure it properly for safe return transit

You must not:

• Attempt to open, repair, or modify the product

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Rental Fees

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• The rental fee for each product is clearly displayed on the product page and during checkout
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the rental

4.2 Additional Charges

We reserve the right to charge additional fees for:

• Late returns
• Loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear
• Excessive cleaning
• Missing items (including accessories or packaging)

5. Delivery

• We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only
• Products are dispatched via Royal Mail or another tracked delivery service
• You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped
• We aim to dispatch items in time for your rental start date
• Delays due to postal services or circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for a refund unless the item is not delivered in time to be used

5.1 Missed or Failed Deliveries

• If no one is available to receive delivery, a card may be left and the parcel may be redirected to a local depot or collection point
• It is your responsibility to collect the parcel promptly
• We are not liable for rental time lost due to uncollected or delayed parcels

6. Liability and Disclaimers

• RENTOORA LTD is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or skin issues resulting from the use of products rented from us
• All items must be used in line with the provided user guide and manufacturer instructions
• Our products are cleaned, tested, and inspected before each rental, but we do not guarantee that they are suitable for every individual skin and/or hair type
• You rent and use products at your own risk
• We are not liable for any loss of business, profit, or opportunity resulting from your use of our services or any product rented from us
• While we aim to provide accurate information and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions

7. Website Terms of Use

• You may only use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• You must not misuse the site by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with the site's operation
